Minnesota Monthly Best Chiropractor 2020–2026 · Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® (CCSP®) · One treating provider, no delegation
HOW WE WORK WITH YOU
One Provider. One Consistent Record.
Dr. Heather examines, treats and documents every visit personally. There are no rotating associates and no delegated care, so the chart reflects one clinical voice from the initial examination through discharge.
Your client’s care and claim are connected. We document findings carefully so the record speaks for itself, and we state plainly when a client has reached the end of medically necessary care.
If a client would be better served by another provider, we refer out and explain why.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Fast Access, Clear Records, Straight Answers
The three things attorneys and case managers tell us matter most when choosing a treating provider.
Same-Week First Visits
New injury clients are seen within days, not weeks. Early baselines are stronger baselines, and a gap between the collision and the first examination is one of the most common reasons a claim is disputed.
Records in 48 Business Hours
Records requests and narrative reports are completed within 48 business hours of payment. Initial exam reports go out after the first visit.
Direct No-Fault Billing
We bill Minnesota no-fault (PIP) carriers directly with itemized CMS-1500 billing and CPT codes on request. Liens and letters of protection are considered case by case.

HOW WE DOCUMENT
The Record Tells the Whole Story
Every file is written to be read later by someone who was not in the room: an adjuster, an IME physician, opposing counsel or a jury. For that reason it is specific, measured and consistent.
- Mechanism and history. The collision, seating position, symptom onset and progression, and relevant prior history, recorded in the client’s own words.
- Objective baselines. Range of motion, orthopedic and neurological testing, palpation findings and validated functional questionnaires at the initial exam.
- Diagnosis with rationale. ICD-10 coded diagnoses tied directly to exam findings.
- Visit notes that connect. Each treatment is tied to a documented finding and a stated goal. Notes are written fresh, never copied forward.
- Scheduled re-examinations. Re-measured at set intervals so progress and plateaus are documented, not assumed.
- Imaging and referrals when warranted. Coordination with imaging, orthopedics, physical therapy, pain management and neurology, with the reasoning noted.
- Discharge or MMI summary. Final status, residuals and future-care considerations, stated plainly.
WHAT WE WON’T DO
Accurate, Not Inflated.
We do not inflate findings, extend care beyond medical necessity, or write a narrative that says more than the examination supports. That protects your client, and it protects your case.
- Treatment follows findings, not the policy limit.
- Re-examinations are measured, not copied forward from a prior visit.
- Concussion is screened at every crash intake and co-managed with neurology when indicated.
- Depositions and testimony are available at standard expert rates with reasonable notice.
