MY STORY
An Evidence-Based Chiropractor Who Takes Your Health Seriously
I believe your body has a job to do. Maybe that job is a marathon. Maybe it’s lifting your kids, a full day on your feet or simply getting through the week without pain setting the schedule.
Service has always been at the heart of how I practice. Eight years in the Army National Guard deepened my commitment to showing up for others and giving the people I serve my very best, every time.
I’ve also been the patient after a car accident. I know how much it means to have a provider who sees the whole picture, thinks about your recovery and has your best interest at heart.
You don’t have to navigate your health alone. I’m honored to be part of your team.
That’s why care here starts with a clear finding, every plan is backed by current evidence, and every detail is handled with care. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for something big or want to stay well for decades, you’ll always know what we found, why it matters and what comes next.

03

OUR STANDARD
Doing What’s Right for You, Even When It Isn’t the Quick Fix
This practice is built on ethics and a commitment to doing what’s best for each patient. Sometimes that takes more questions, more detail and more paperwork than people expect.
You have one body and one spine. We take your history, your health and your future seriously. We hope you do too.
What that looks like here
- The right paperwork, done right. Complete records, forms and reports, filed on time.
- Straight answers. Clear information about what we find and what it means for you.
- The right treatment. Recommended because your findings support it, not out of habit.
- The right referral. If another provider is a better fit, we’ll tell you, even if it means your care isn’t here.
If you’re looking for a quick “crack” and to be on your way, we may not be the right fit, and that’s okay. If you want care that’s thorough, honest and built around your long-term health, you’re in the right place.
