New Patient Appointment Request

All new patients are required to schedule a new patient exam prior to receiving care. All new massage patients are required to provide a card to keep on file in order to reserve their appointment. We do not charge the card unless you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment or no show. In addition, each new patient is required to fill out the required paperwork and provide their insurance information 24 hours before their appointment or their appointment will be canceled. If we do not receive your insurance information 24 hours before your appointment, you will be treated as a cash patient and charged accordingly.


48-hour Late Reschedule/Cancel/No-Show Policy

We value you as a patient, and the appointment time set aside for you is important. To best assist all of our patients, we do have a "no-exception" policy set in place to help avoid late reschedules or cancellations under 48 hours. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so by calling or texting us 48 hours before your appointment. Many services require advance planning, and the opportunity to fill last-minute cancellations is challenging, as most people plan for potential downtime well in advance.

No exceptions include illness/Covid, weather (non-emergency), work conflicts, and unexpected personal conflicts.

For massage patients, in addition, after two cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be required to place a deposit on your account to hold any future appointments. Deposits will vary based on appointment type and will be forfeited if any other cancellation within 48 hours occurs again. Unfortunately, if you no-show on your first appointment or habitually do so without any communication, you will no longer be able to schedule.

Seasonal note

Please be mindful of the weather and try to plan extra time for travel on snowy days.

If there is a statewide or county-issued Snow/Weather emergency, we will forgive the 48-hour late reschedule/cancellation fee if you cannot make it to an appointment due to weather.

However, if there is no statewide or local declared weather emergency, the late reschedule/cancellation policy will still be enforced, so plan accordingly.
